Combination Coffee

by Mocha Momma on June 24, 2006

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with combining two different blends and it seems that anything Boca Java works with anything else. I’ve determined that the Moroccan coffee is best undisturbed and should be in its pure form. This morning it’s 2 Peet’s coffees: “Major Dickinson” and “Sierra Dorada” since it’s not as strong as the others. Does anyone else blend their own coffee? What works? What’s good?

we’ve been blending our organic dark roast with shade-grown swiss water decaf (for the nursing mom in the house, bien sūr); seems to work quite well.

If I’m low on beans I’ll blend just about anything. I might even mix some of my own with that new McAss coffee. Which, btw, I find tolerable. Of course it just may be my trailer trash roots showing. I love white people food: mac and cheese, hamburger helper, cheese whiz on ritz crackers, mustard sandwiches on white bread, red jello with fruit cocktail, hotdogs stuffed with American cheese slices. Did I miss anything?
