Where Has All The Coffee Gone?

Everything is down to a bare minimum. I’m ready to order new coffee and will gladly take any suggestions. Today I blended several different kinds: Celebration Coffee from Starbucks, Ethiopian from Peet’s, a smidge of the Moroccan (1 tsp. left!) and some Tanzanite from my girl aak that she sent from Africa. I’m at a loss to describe the unbelievable flavor explosion of spicy, nutty, pungent, sweet. I need to find THIS blend in a store. It was uh-may-zing!

You can write uh-may-zing!, but can’t write thru? You are too funny.

Ummmm. Well. You might want to try that LESBEAN coffee. I’m just sayin’. You could probably charm them into sending you some samples.

And when is the next Black Apron blend due out?

So, my suggestion is Starbucks Guatamala Antigua. My sister THE coffee expert, says it’s her favorite to brew by any method. She even likes it in her espresso machine. Now that’s good coffee.

A new coffee resource for you, as well: http://www.themandolincafe.com

This is an amazing coffee shop in Tacoma, WA. They roast coffee on-site by tremendous local roaster, Valhalla Coffee Roasting. The Ethiopia Harrar rocks.

This area is the gourmet coffee capital, and I can be very, very picky about what I like, so I promise I will make good suggestions.
