My sister THE coffee expert, says it's her favorite to brew by any method. She even likes it in her espresso machine. Now that's good coffee. A new coffee resource for you, as well: www.themandolincafe.com This is an amazing coffee shop in Tacoma, WA. They roast coffee on-site by tremendous local roaster, Valhalla Coffee Roasting. The Ethiopia Harrar rocks. This area is the gourmet coffee capital, and I can be very, very picky about what I like, so I promise I will make good suggestions.
