You Should Hate Me

It’s not because Mrs. RW, the wife of Mr. RW, gave me a link to this bracelet which I immediately ordered and which came in the mail and I wore today.

It’s not because Mrs. RW’s link prompted me to buy the bracelet and thus begin receiving e-mails from Acorn since I ordered from them and now I want to buy this.

It’s because I whined when I found out that Kennimus and his brother were going to Game 4 of the World Series in St. Louis tonight and they managed to get me a ticket IN THE INFIELD FIELD BOX.

Ok, I’m not into baseball so that part doesn’t bother me. But now that I MUST have that bracelet, then yes… I do! LOL I hope you have a great time.

Go Cards. There is nothing better than a playoff game in St. Louis. We were lucky to to all the home games in 2004–too bad we got spanked by the Red Sox. Have a blast tonight. We passed on tickets this year–with the new baby and all, I thought money might be better spent on food and gas.

Love the braclet. I’ll have to order one.

Okay I need this bracelet! Badly! And the wrap! Uhhh! It’s too close to Christmas for me to buy anything. I’ll be in the corner pouting. But I am getting that bracelet.

P.S. Have fun at the game tonight.

    Hi Kelly,

Have you seen this bracelet http://acornonline.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_13056_A_name_E_I%20Read%20Banned%20Books%20Bracelet?? I remembered you by the time I saw it.

“Hate” is such a strong word. I don’t hate you.

But if I were standing next to you I might knock you over the head and swipe your ticket. Remember, it isn’t a hate crime…

But you know we all love you.

I don’t hate you at all. The White Sox aren’t there so… pleh.

I’m so glad you bought the bracelet. It must’ve been made just for you! Aren’t I good at spending other people’s money? Just ask RW…he’s been hoping I’d outgrow this particular problem(?) for 28 years. Will someone please tell him that it’s part of my charm? He said that while Clinton and Stacy are the fashionistas, and Nick and Carmindy are the beauty experts on “What Not To Wear” I could be the shopping expert for the shopping-challenged subjects. Everytime I see one of them on the show, talking about how they hate shopping while they have $5000 to spend on a new wardrobe and they don’t know what to buy, I’m screaming “take me, take me!!!” at the television! My God, where do they find these people?!?

Have an awesome time at the game. I want the bracelet too! And I could never hate you. I am going to tell Justin that Kennimus bought you tickets to a box though. JUST so I can watch him drool, quiver and pick his jaw up off the ground. A few hours later when the giggles wear off, I’ll translate it for him :) PMSL

Mrs RW…. you can take me shopping anytime. Tell Mr RW that I am a charity case you are working on. I have no taste, no fashion sense oh and no money. But I’m willing to work on these problems (?) if you are :)

    Love Yvonne

I’m just laughing (but kindly) because of the rain. But I’m hoping you still get to go tomorrow night. Seriously, jealous? OH YEAH. We are so Card-psyched down here we can barely tolerate EACH OTHER. But hate you? Man, I’m thrilled for you. GO CARDS!!!

(Oh, and if you get a chance, please shave off everyone’s soul patch. Because, really. Also? Tell Looper to quit making that weird grimace before every pitch that looks like his lips disappear, and cut Jeff Weaver’s hair. I hope like heck you get to see Reyes pitch again, in which case you should rush the field and kiss him SQUAW on the mouth, for ME. Do not enjoy it for yourself, because it is for ME. And find out of Molina needs to be adopted, because I AM technically old enough to be his mother, and I have a STRONG desire to bring him home like a pet puppy, and just feed and pet him him and take pictures of him with his head tilted to one side.)

Thank you. It’s a lot of responsibility, I know, but you are the one woman who can handle it.

I don’t care about baseball. Feh. But it does my heart good to see you out enjoying spectator sports.

Re. the bracelet: no fair. I want. *sigh* Damn broken window - I hate being an adult sometimes, it’s such a pain in the ass to be responsible.

(Yah, Belinda commented. She must be feeling better!)

…and just for your sassiness I did a little rain dance.

You better wear a shirt with a big ‘ol D on it. Don’t make me come kick your ass.

    I totally will.

At least a rain out is better than a sleet out.

Assuming you get to go to the next one, enjoy the heck out of it. Tell us if you see anyone on the mound for the Tigers smudging the ball. (Of course it may not matter if it’s one delivered to Pujols. That guy can hit anything.)

I was thinking of you when I was watching “The War at Home” on Fox last night with the thing on the bottom of the TV saying “Rain Delay, The World Series will be with you shortly” or whatever the thing said. Hopefully by Friday night things will be dry!

I’m sorry that the game was rained out!
