I’m making a blend of Sumatra and Kenyan coffee this morning as I have to leave for Texas soon and my coffee has to be TO GO because there’s no way any decent coffee house will be open before my flight. I’ve got my TO GO cuppa filled with dark, robust flavors and nothing else. No cream, no sugar, just coffee.

I really have to start reading your coffee posts now that I’ve become a coffee whore as a result of the new job.
I know it is small and weak of me, but I can not enjoy black coffee. I don’t use sugar, but I must have my Coffeemate (sugar by another name) or at least milk. I think Sumatra is the right choice for an early flight. In fact, I think Sumatra is the right choice for anything.
