Penzey’s Spices makes a Dutch Process Cocoa in a 7.5 ounce jar that I mix with 5 cups of skim milk, 3 tablespoons of Penzey’s Vanilla Sugar, a hearty splash of vanilla, and a coupla sprinkles of cinnamon. If I mix up a batch and double the recipe you have to bring the marshmallows, ok?

How about I bring my cocoa, spiced with coffee, cinnamon and chipotle and a nice bottle of cognac instead? It’ll harden your arteries, but it’ll cure anything else that ails ya.
