An update:

Mommymae? I gave Morgan that high-five from you. He laughed at this thing all over again and said, “Oh, I remember that baby! I held her!” which, of course, warmed my heart. Man. That kid.

Secondly, the kids said they tasted just fine. Which may explain why a certain kid of mine ate MORE THAN ONE.

My mother still likes to tell of the time my father ate an entire bag of beef jerky for dogs. And also, the time he ate an entire can of cat food.

Oh, I would have laughed at that cookie thing, except that I have a brother. Who left out dog treats that looked like cookies. Which I ate. And twenty five years later, my family is still laughing.
