Screw You, Dodge.

by Mocha Momma on February 11, 2010

I was waiting for this.

Not really all that safe for work. You know, the work that the men in the Dodge commercial were sooooo upset about going to for fear that they’d be, like, responsible or something.

Love it. I haven’t actually seen the original, but the few Super Bowl commercials I saw were ridiculous.

Awesome. I hate the original commercial and don’t understand how the ad dept could have let it get through and air.

LOL!

Although, it would’ve been funnier if the end was:

“And because of that, I will make you drive a Dodge.”

:-)

Every single commercial that night seemed to show men as completely emasculated by women. It was the theme du jour, apparently.

So, yeah, I totally got a kick out of this rebuttal.

That’s strange… it sounded like Charlie Brown’s teacher was narrating that commercial.

The men who hold high places must be the ones who start to mold a new reality.

So when did it become emasculating to act like a responsible adult instead of a pouty teenager? If a man lives alone, does it follow that he would not do all the things listed in the ad?
Also, since it’s 2010 our “charger man” might even willingly cook great foods or cuddle with babies.
