Joao Gilberto’s “‘S Wonderful”

There’s no denying that you can hear Joao’s thick accent in this song. Whenever he sings “You make my life so glamorous” I always focus on the word “glamorous” because he sings it like “glam-oohhh-rrrooos”. It just tickles me that he does that. I love it when he rolls his Rs. I was playing this in my office and a student came in after school and said, “You sure do listen to some weird stuff”. To which I replied, “That’s because I live a glam-oohhh-rrrooos life. Duh.”
