Is it me, or does this song sound eerily reminiscent of Prince back in the day? (It’s not just the Atari system shot in the video either.) (Okay, maybe it reminds me of Prince from the 80s and that’s where that comes from.) Everything she sings I end up liking, but this one is my current favorite. I have to admit that just about anything neo-soul ends up being music I like. Two summers ago I couldn’t stop listening to another song of hers which I’ll be featuring tomorrow.

I heard this for the first time a few weeks ago. Yep, vid and song remind me strongly of Prince.
